Another Daughter passes her Boards.

Just wanted to say how proud I am; this time of my middle daughter, Ashley. Found out today she passed her Boards and is now a Nurse Practitioner. I couldn't be more proud. I saw how many long hours she put in studying over many years of schooling.

My Aunt spent many years as a Nurse, she was a Practitioner 1st then went on to get a Nurses degree.

PS:   She retired from it and passed 3 years ago at age 94 years and 3 days.

RJ, Ashley has been an ICU RN for a few years. An NP requires more schooling.

Congrats to Ashley, as others have said it takes a special type of person to be drawn to caring for others.  Very cool hat she's sportin' there, too!

Awesome.  My gf is also a NP. Lotta school and hard work for that. She was gonna go on for a MD but was tired of all the yrs of school.

 I have 2 future Daughter-in-laws that are RNs and are in school also for their NPs. One is in Vanderbilt where she works as a RN, and the other is in University of Tennessee at CHattanooga.
They both have great looks just like your daughters.

Wiggy, congrats on your gal's new venture. It sure makes mom and dad feel good when the kids work hard at something and finally succeeds in reaching their goal. As for looks, I used to tell people they all got their good looks from me, especially since their mother still had hers.
