If YOU NEVER TRIED HOW DO YOU KNOW

« on: October 20, 2014, 07:55:09 AM »

Now I hear a friend wrecked and no one called.

Not part of this bunch anymore either. Never lost a friend that was really a friend.

Friends stick with you even when things are thin. Equality is the word. It has to be equal.

Never has been with a certain person.

Last post from me on this forum. Had some great fun times, and will miss it. Good hearted people

 like

Bee Keeper and Donna. Mike Hubcaps. Punisher, T-Bird, Don Popcorn, Coot, Britman, Duffy, and the

ones I still talk to on Facebook. Others also that are unnamed will also be missed.

Just say Ole Ass Hat Al left to go ride with his Harley Pals. My only real friend Mad Dog has

always stuck by me and me with him. That is a friend. When you are drunk and puke in his wife's car,

he sops it up with his shirt, cause she says too. Then they take care of a person at their home.

No judging a fella and encourage you to get better because they are wanting you too.

THAT IS A FRIEND, one only comes along in your life maybe if your lucky.

Thanks Lord for my friend MAD DOG. I don't deserve one like him.

SO long, adios, Asta La Vista.

See yuns on the Kill Boy Site,,,,,,,,hopefully not in a Highlight Reel.

So never having met or ridden with you before-how MANY times have you left now? Including this one? Just curious. RIDE SAFE.

3 I think, just tried to patch things up with what I thought was a friend. Who now I found out really

never was. It's OK man, I ain't mad at all.

OLD 2 Soon, you are a good Joe, have a great time on that bike of yours.

Just wanted to make it OFFICIAL. Just a business decision, not mad at anyone.

Gee that's a change, leaving and not mad.

Here's to a long life and no wrecks for any of us.

You are right sir, It has been fun. I don't know any Harley Forums, don't really care about the

bunch on line. Mostly people who like to talk about riding, not ride.

I ride almost everyday now, to go to the dam to exercise and then hit the road. UNLESS

it's raining, then I drive the cage.

Ya, I walked away for awhile a couple years ago.  While I was gone I decided I would not come back if I couldn't change my outlook on how important (or really un-important) what people appear to be meaning on this here board really is.

So read, hit the back button when you need to, smile and then go ride.  Not worth getting upset over.  The typed word is an unreliable communication mode.  That's why lawyers have to write crap the way they do.  Sounds all formal and cold but the meaning is harder to miscommunicate that way.

Al, I met you  a couple times.  I have a feeling you will once again return.  If not ride safe and see ya someday like they say here, there or in the air!

I never saw the need to tell folks when you are leaving.  Just go.  Come back when you want and few will know you ever left.  Sounds like a drunken cry.  Never met you, sad to say.  Enjoy the ride.  You don't need anyone else for that.

AL, I hope you will reconcider leaving. You are a good hearted guy who has more friends than you think. Like ChrisJ CMA said, just take a break and come back with a better outlook.
I will always remember that you & Gordon (lucky 11) were the first ones I met in the VRCC. We are all like family on here, and all families have problems, they learn to work through them.

This thread prompted me to make a phone call...

Gordon was involved in a low speed high side, not his fault...

He wasn't doing wheelies...

Some lady hit him, the story from Wimp (with Gordon embellishing it from
the background) is too complex for me to try and re-tell...

Gordon's thumb is hurt, maybe some other soreness, bike has lots
of messed up crashbars and plastic and stuff.

Now if only Al will get back on here... Gordon tried to call him...

Al, when you're on your meds you're a nice guy with some interesting views... When you're off your meds, you're at least entertaining...

...but I swear, you bring more drama than my 12 year old daughter in middle school, and I didn't think that was possible.
