valk sighting at chilis crystal river

Friday afternoon in crystal river I saw a Red/Black std parked at Chilies in crystal river.  Stopped and waited a while and walked around it, it is a 2000 with air horns, driving lights, general altimax CT , also had a sheepskin cover over both seats, also a pink full face helmet.  Just wondering if they are on the vrcc board or if anyone knows this valk?
