Does anyone remember the guy that started the Panama City Beach rally?

Pappy's post got me thinking.  I'm talking about the guy that did it before Brian (Swoppie).  I remember Chan, but it wasn't him that put it on.

I don't remember where he worked or if he crashed.  I think the last time I saw him was at the Holiday Inn, not the one on the beach but the other one.

Thanks DD I think that did it.  When I read Iris what you said she remembered.  It was Wynne or Winn.  Now for a last name.

That was him... He got hurt real bad when he crashed...

It was Wynn, but don't know anything else about him.  Only met him a few times.

Cruisin AL passed away a couple months ago from cancer.
