Is anyone else having a hard time connecting to "The Board"?

I often wonder what happens during spells like this... does Scott have to stay
up all night restoring databases to get things running again? Or is the problem
further up the food chain than our administrators?

What we've been experiencing lately is happening with the provider.  I wouldn't call it further up the food chain but it is beyond the scope of Scott and the administrators.
