OK, after going with cool new Saddle Bags I had the back end of the Fat Girl looking as good as the rest except for one place.  We all have that place if the bike gets worked on a few times.  Paint chipped and worn on the swing arm near the four bolts.  And those ugly four bolts.

I took this picture for the slide show for rear end maintenance and luckily the scrapes didn't really show up but the ugly bolts stand out like a sore thumb

So I found this cool piece of Cobra chrome in the J&P catalog.  I have a fair amount of Cobra stuff already so I couldn't resist.  Then I tried and tried until I mastered the art of touch up paint, the scratched end of the swing arm looks almost new and now no more bolts....all dressed up.  This piece can be installed or removed without tampering with the final drive, fit and finish is very nice, set screws to two of the four bolts holds it on...kind of pricey but well worth it to me.....I recommend  :cooldude:

Who knew......wish I did, is there a reason you don't like them?  I only have about 1,500 miles with it on, but so far I cant see a down side to them

Pappy!

Joe - Might be interested in one of them. Shoot me a PM on price if you would. Thanks

When you have ugly nuts, it's always better to cover them than to try and make them look pretty.

As is said "beauty (or ugly) is in the eye of the "B" holder"
