Trying to get in touch with them to see about getting some original bag mounts for my Patriot bags. Sent two emails with no reply & I cannot locate their phone number. Anyone out there have a phone for them?

Thanks!

I might not give the answer that you want me to

Thanks BF....I'll check it out. Getting a little PO'ed at this. And it appears that others are having the same problem contacting them. Not encouraging at all.

G-Man

Haven't dealt with them for a while.  Bought 5 different handlebars over the years from them and have never had any difficulties with them..  Sorry for your frustration.  Maybe new mngmnt.

Xtracho

Could be G-Man...the ASRC site says they are short staffed and to email instead of call. Thanks to the link BF posted I got in touch with Champion Trikes and got the info I needed. Pricey those mounts for the Champion bags....$300+ with shipping. Gonna shop around and post in the Classifieds as well.

Thanks to BF!  :cooldude:

When I bought my Champion bags a few years ago, I went through ASRC... they weren't very good about communicating at all... I was supposed to receive a $100 rebate from them, and despite repeated emails, never received it.  >:( If I would have known better, I would have ordered directly from Champion.. I would never do business with those jackasses again.

I have those mounts on my bike, there is a lot to them, OK. But in my opinion they are " will not bend when hit by a train mount" I think they are a little over kill, but I will say I have had those bags for awhile and not seen so much as a stress crack on the bags. The mounts keep them stable. See on mine the sides are a two part mound and mine, came with a stainless steel cross mount that attaches to the bottom of the bag to the inside of the fender light bracket.

They do look beefy for sure. And I like that. Will probably spring for them at retail if no one has any to sell from Classifieds.

I will say one finale thing!! I have bought two sets of bags directly from Champion, I will say that from my experience they put out quality bags and accessories. I have talked to the owner coupler times and he seems down to earth and wanting to make products that last and look good.

I love the bags. The left bag got banged up when I hit that deer last year. Found a fiberglass repair shop here to fix that. Just need the mounts to complete the package.
