I thought this video was an interesting debate between a 14yr old girl and a billionaire Kevin O’Leary, on I assume it was a national TV channel on GMO.   What that is means is, Genetically Modified Organisms that is in our food. I hear many people say at voting time “My vote doesn’t count” “It won’t make a difference” “They won’t read my letter” “They won’t pay attention to what I have to say” is that true.  Notice how polite and calm this 14yr old girl is, listening to him and waiting for her turn, not trying to make her point as he speaks.  Just calmly presenting the solid fact, kind of like David and Goliath back together again.  The point is not that she cut a billionaire to shreds on national TV to make him look bad.  The point is, it don’t matter how many you are or how old you are or how smart you are, and you can make a difference.  What do you think!!!

Honestly, I don't think she made any difference whatsoever. And btw, the dolt hosting the radio show turns my stomach. His asinine observations almost persuaded me to completely disregard any of her arguments.

I guess what I am trying to say is, we can make a difference, like that 14yr old did to that Billionaire.  You may have seen it as him looking like a buffoon, but what common people don't understand is, when it comes to wealthy people self image is everything to them and is more valuable then money. They don't have a good image, then they don't have their peers respect, which makes it harder to do business. And they will take you down to protect it.  People like that don't have to walk around with money in their pocket. If I am wrong correct me, just my observation, also I use to work at a world headquarters.

P.S. I was a Tech not a Pencil Neck there.

I'm with Romeo on this one. I'd much rather watch that debate without the radio moderator. He was pissing me off more than O'Leary was.

Interesting points, but I dont think you have it entirely correct. In todays society money is king and respect is relative. If you have money you have power and respect, as example O's supporter George Soros or Kim Kardashian or any rapper today. No one really cares about how you got your money and if you are a cut throat sob then people are scared to say anything. Anyone wanting the same position has a model and knows what they will have to do to get there, hence respect is relative. Do what you need to do present well and all will forget what you had to do to get where you are today with money. You can buy respect.
As for the little girl she gave me hope that she did what parents did not do, stand up to Monsanto gmo's that are no good and say something. Another example of those that sell their souls to get where they are Monsanto that is.
The other thing I find interesting is no one commented on the issue most were annoyed, and justifiably so with the announcer. Many points to ponder, another on a side note I wonder what kind of wife she will make or person she will be when she grows up.

Truth will usually make those that lie look like jerks so its not that the little girl had any magical weapon. She just told the truth but had the conviction to say what she knew to be correct. So its not the respect they care about its the winning that's important. In the devils advocate when Kneu Reeves finds out who he really is he says "I'm a lawyer I win cases that is what I do that is who I am", Pretty much sums it up. I'm sure Jamie Diamond when he was taking those bad loans and selling them and making money on them for him and his company may have had a fleeting flash from his conscious but then thought NAAAH. As well as all those who continue to support him. He has reached into your pocket and my pocket by governmental order to pay for his life style and his cronies. My hats off to him, for his ingenuity and planning to get us to pay. This man destroyed the US economy and most still look at him with starry eyes. So respect is relative and watch who respects you it may not be the person you want to respect you.

In all thanks for the video, I did enjoy it minus the announcer. I hope there will always be those that seek to truly protect us from the will of those that dont give a dam. The love of money it the root of all evil, not having money but the love of money. God save us all.

Robert,
I agree with some things, but not others.  I’m probably sounding like a true, total whack job, but what can I say.  First you say money is king, I don’t agree, the king is power and money is just the residual of the power.  Image and respect is the currency and it is everything, without it you have nothing.  But there are layers of power; it is more like a hierarchy of order in the form of a pyramid. (Not referring to Maslow) First you have to understand that there are two kinds of money, the first, we refer to them, as being a dime store millionaires and the other, is the old money.  The old money is who runs the show, the dime store millionaires, in view of respect let’s call them common money, they are like athletes, actors, drug dealers, lottery winners, small businesses, the quick or the recent made money.  It seems some of them, are always looking for attention being in the spot light and looking for pity and not being responsible for their actions, acting like they are always the victim.  Always trying to somehow being in the spot light.  Now the old money they don’t flaunt themselves, they stay out of public view and quick deal with any issues that may bring attention to them. Sounds crazy, right, I noticed recently they nearly came to attention, but just kind of went away. Think its crap, look at the back of a dollar bill, also look who owns the Federal Reserve, who controls it.  Just for giggles, if you get a few minutes look up two movies if you haven’t seen them and watch, Eyes Wide Shut and Wag the Dog.  Sound crazy, it can’t be, they would never. Ya right.  There is a very successful technique called “Hidden in Plain Sight” I don’t say believe me just think about it.
