I hope everynoe had a good Thanskgiving....

I spent the day in the kitchen, I should have done some prep work the night before would have cut down on my work load considerably. I made pie crust and pumpkin pie from scratch, baked raised dinner rolls, made a squash casserole, and for an experiment made kahlua balls with home made kahlua

we had dinner with our neighbors who cooked the turkey and a couple of side dishes.

I went camping with my daughter's family including two grandsons. Went hiking in juniper, ponderosa forest. Shot a bow and tossed frisbees. Had a turkey dinner on a camp table in Powell Springs campground. Nighttime lows were near freezing but daytime was in the 60's. Great time with family.
