Well they certainly picked a high class neighborhood.  I found it to be top notch when I attended business meetings there, but that was 25+ years ago.

And, by the dates on the contracts, he had committed to opening these centers, BEFORE he went ahead and ignored the Constitution.  Thus, when he came out and said, I want to reach a deal with the Repubs.

He lied, again.  Because he had already made the deal, so it mattered not what the Repubs would do.
