my 99 Valk

I am running a 1999 vak. Interstate with trailer hitch. Has anyone mounted a parade flag or flags on one of these? if so, can you tell me the best way to do this?.

I made a tall flag mount once for an Interstate with a hitch. It was a simple unit (cut and weld on the run). I had the bottom at the hitch and used the helmet locks for two upper mounts of a triangle support at the top.
