I saw this thread a while back and now I can add to it!  Proud owner of a 07 Z51 LS2.  I've been living in Miami for the last 14 months and got the itch to get one.  I see more exotic cars sitting out on a patio in Coconut Grove in one night than I see in Cincinnati in one year.  Going home to Cinch in 2 weeks where I'll get to park the Vette for the next couple months next to the Valk Sad

I had a 1962 in white with red inside.
First year for the 327. Was 340horse, if I remember.
Sold it to get my house in 1992.
Can only imagine how much it is worth now.

MRS.T.P. has a 1990 Red, 6 speed C4 with 72,000 miles on it.  bought it in 2001 with 24,000 miles on it for $13,300 from a guy who I work with, who bought it new in 1990 for $35,000  T.P.

Well,  from an engineering perspective, I could spend my limited funds elsewhere and get loads more for my money for this type of vehicle.
Do you know the difference between a corvette and a porcupine?
With the porcupine, the pricks are on the outside!
Easy now, easy now! Just a joke I was told by a 14 year old.
However, I can carry more camping gear on my Valk than I could in a Vette.
Just stirring the pot, inmates. No offence intended!

Had a 1958, fuelie, power windows and top. Also a 1961. Almost bought a 1967 coupe, 427-435 HP, but I couldn't get a loan for the $2750 the guy was asking for it because I just bought a new 1972 Vega GT the year before, boy can I pick um.
