Fort Walton Beach, Florida I'm a simple man, I like pretty, dark haired woman and breakfast food.

Well, it's not written in the koran so Obama doesn't have Scripture committed to memory.

http://www.thepoliticalinsider.com/wont-believe-badly-obama-botches-attempt-quoting-scripture/

“And I think — the good book says, don’t throw stones in glass houses, or make sure we’re looking at the log in our eye before we’re pulling out the mote in other folks’ eyes. And I think that’s as true in politics as it is in life.”

Speaking at an immigration town hall event on Tuesday, Obama once again tried to use Scripture to further his case. It ended badly. In a typically long-winded response to a question about civility, Obama concluded with this head-scratcher.

“Don’t throw stones in glass houses”??? This seems to be a bad mix of the proverb, “People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones,” (which is NOT found in the Bible) and possibly John 8:7, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her” (New International Version (NIV)). How do you screw up that badly?

Then again, what do you expect from a man who has been known to mock passages of the Bible to make his point?

To be fair, he does come much closer to correctly quoting Matthew 7:3 which, in the New International Version (NIV), says, “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?”

The president would do well to study all those sayings and verses more closely and take them to heart in his own role as leader of our country.

I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

Yeah, he's a real Yogi Berra (just a lot less lovable, and cannot throw a baseball to save his life).

Baseball is ninety percent mental and the other half is physical.

He hits from both sides of the plate. He's amphibious

I'm not going to buy my kids an encyclopedia. Let them walk to school like I did.

It's like deja vu all over again.

My favorite Yogiism is, "That place is so busy, nobody goes there anymore!"

I love how the hypocrite-in-chief is now quoting scripture when, as the leader of his party, the Democrats had to vote whether or not to include God in their platform.  And if you actually saw that vote, the delegates clearly voted NO.  They sure as hell didn't get a 2/3 vote  crazy2
