Nice ride today....

Temp's was cold this morning then cool during the ride and back to cold on the way home the Gerbing Heated Gear is a wonderful thing. I've had this bike in the air on the jack for the last 3 weeks with working all the overtime lately and the fact I work on the road I was just able to get at it from time to time. With the help of my ridin' bud Gordon ( Lucky 13 ) I finally got the new rear tire mounted and another final drive installed. Took off this morning just to shake the fat girl down making sure everything was good to go before leaving out for " The Gulf Coast Ride " in a couple weeks. Nice Christmas manger scene in the making just outside The Museum Of Appalachia in Norris, Tennessee.




" The Money Shot " taken at beautiful Norris Lake near Anderson County Park. The lake is at winter pool . Only saw two other bikes today a Wing trike and a sport bike.

Black box is a camera case however since I got the iPhone it just hangs there as a catch-all.

I can see how living down south your blood thins out and
you just need the gerbings above freezing    

Truth be told if I was on the Valk I would have had the heated gloves on at least if
not also the heated jacket liner. On the beemer all I need is the heated grips to stay warm

Had been too long for me to and got a short ride in yesterday as well. No gerbings and chilly but great to be in the wind. Hope you have a great trip with good weather Joe
