It takes  your food seven seconds to get from your mouth to your stomach.

One human hair can support 6.6 pounds.

The average man's penis is two times the length of his thumb.

Human thighbones are stronger than concrete.

A woman's heart beats faster than a man's.

There are about one trillion bacteria on each of your feet.

Women blink twice as often as men.

The average person's skin weighs twice as much as  the brain.

Your body uses 300 muscles to balance itself when you are  standing still.

If saliva cannot dissolve something, you cannot taste it.

Women will be finished reading this by now.

Men are still busy checking their thumbs.  :2funny:

Something else to consider:

The federal government, which has Tomahawk cruise missiles and Apache and Lakota helicopters, used the code name "Geronimo" in the attack that killed Osama bin Laden, officially objects to the name of the Washington Redskins.

HUH?  WAIT!

Patrick

So using a cable stretcher on one's thumb will fix the other problem ?

These two might explain why our pup likes to lick my bare toes.   ;D

The thing that really amazes me about our bodies, is all the things that can be wrong with it and it can still function.

I totally agree, especially when I think of our bodies as made to heal and to keep us alive. So many things have to work together for us just to survive or open our eyes. I think how man critiques creation and cannot create life or much less create a computer that fixes itself.

I often remember science was trying to create the perfect blood cell. They took their time used super computers and much money to finally come up with the results, the results were a verification that our blood cells were perfectly suited to their jobs in design.

Merry Christmas to all

Why yes, because we were created in His image.  :cooldude:

And I would bet it all that every man who read this post looked at his own thumb during or after reading this.

The first step in getting somewhere is deciding that you are not going to stay where you are.

the average healthy heart pumps your blood throughout the body 8 times a minute.

(unfortunately mine does not do that!)

I suppose this is why when so much blood is funding an erection, men so often make poor decisions......
there is no blood left in their brain.

I think it was Robin Williams that said God gave man a penis and a brain, but only enough blood to run one at a time.
