be at peace...holy crap it worked today

This morning my wife was trying to sell me on being at peace while driving as I sometimes get
a little homicidal at some drivers antics.  I tried on the way to work, not too successfully but I tried nonetheless  On the way home I was better only thought about homicide once while Stacy sat amused in the passenger seat

Anyway to the story

I called fedex for a pick up at my office at 930am for a client in florida so she could sign her contract to sell the bronx property.

By 330pm Fedex had not come so Stacy and I closed up, it was raining pretty heavy and no more clients would be coming. Doggone that fedex   After dropping off Stacy at her car in my driveway
I decided that since
I brought the envelope in the car with me I would go now to the post office and just send it priority or express mail in Briarcliff PO

At the end of my street I have to make a right and sit waiting for the long light at state route 9A before I can go south into town.

check rear mirror while stopped

WOWEE  Its a fedex van  REALLY !!!

open bag, take out envelope and run back while light still red

YES SIR she said I can take that as your account # is on it, even the tracking # was on it too

WOWEE

made a k turn before the light turned (its a L O N G light) and back home

Now I have the scotch in hand and a good story to close the chanukah period just before sunset when it ends.

Man I love it when stuff works out
