That's my goal and I've noticed they've been sold for $250 and more. Won't be original BUT will be affordable if I get lucky enough to get a good image.

Copyright not a problem and hasn't been since 1999 when we met with Honda... BUT you don't  see us doing Goldwing stuff, nor for that Accord, Civic, Fit, Pilot, CR-Z, Odyssey, Ridgeline, or General Purpose Engines, Generators, Tillers , Lawnmowers, Water Pumps, Outboard Engines, Electric 4-wheel Scooters (although the Scooters would be awesome shirts) and God knows what else they make!

Man, that's a good looking bike!  I'm going to have to get one...  hehe

What do you think it would cost to have an original banner scanned.  I happen to know a guy who has one.   coolsmiley

OMG, you know someone that has one.

It doesn't have to be scanned it can be photographed using a digital camera the higher the resolution the better AND the shot doesn't have to be perfect. Hung on a wall, held up by a couple of people, laid on the floor and shot standing on a chair would be cool I'd fix the aspect ratio in Photoshop.

The important thing of course is no folds, small wrinkles can be dealt with and other things like color can be corrected.

I'm thinking if this works out two banners would be made right away! One for my Man Cave and the other shipped to you!!!!  That is if you like one (O:

I'll get on it asap, but that might actually be Saturday.   Undecided   Tomorrow is kinda full and I have to work Friday, but I'll try.

If someone else beats me to it, good for you and them.   Smiley

Glad you are pursuing this as I checked with a Hong Kong outfit that does reasonable banners on ebay and they said they couldn't find a suitable pic online to use to make. Put me down for 1 as long as it doesn't cost my firstborn  cooldude

That's the first Valkyrie I saw, and rode. A coworker in Maine bought the first one in PORTLAND. When I was sent from The main office to handle a problem he rode up. My tongue hit the road. When he asked if I wanted to ride, of course! Now I still look at my GRYL with wonder every time I see her in the garage. Still the only ultimate bike for me.

I spoke with Brianne today who runs the shop. We haven't figured out the prices yet, BUT she said we should make them in sizes so anyone can afford the vinyl banner.
We're selling the  2 X 3 banner below right now for $24.99 ,of course bigger would be more.

Would be nice if (a link to) the hi-res pic would be posted here for others to see as well Smiley
Banner or not; it remains a very nice picture IMHO

I have a July 1996 cycle world magazine in excellent condition with similar pictures and the write up about the Valkyrie.  Not sure if this would help you here are few of the pictures from it
