Looks like to me anywho that he MIGHT TRY to read anything on the teleprompter.  Some tech needs to or has speeded it up or slowed it down.  Course a command of the English language would help.  I've heard that if you put a bum in a $3000.00 suit he's  still a bum.  Feel free to draw your own conclusions about the suit comment.  RIDE SAFE.
