I believe there is more than one Franklin in Pa.  A little more info would help.  Which county would definitely.  If we're talking about Venango County,  that's to far for me.

Ya know....I usually see ads for Dell Computer or some other product that I've looked at recently (or at least, I used to).....UNTILL....I opened that thread.  Now, that's about all I see are these Asian women ads there now.
