Gopro video attempt....... All speed limits were ignored. angel  I don't know why but the video quality is much better on my computer than it is on the youtube thingy.

My GoPro's the same way. It always plays better from the SD card than it does after it's uploaded to Youtube.  Yours still looks pretty good. When I watched your video, the video quality was set to 480. I moved it up to 1080 hd.....  It makes a difference.

I sure with we had trees like that here in West Texas.  I'm kinda tired of seeing miles and miles of stripped out cotton fields.  Sad

I think the video quality is fine.Watching on a 36" Vizio, 720P  Better not so much direct sunlight. The sound quality is excellent. Did not sound like you were in a tornado and you could here every familiar Valkyrie whir and clunk. IMO I give you an A.  cooldude

Those trees sure seemed to fly by fast for someone only going 40mph.  Wink  I have a camcorder, Sony, probably 6-7 yrs. old and uses a miniature tape cassete. I mount it to the handle bar and aim it through the windshield. Has a flip out viewer and touch screen controls so I can start/stop at will, seems to do a pretty good job. At least good enough for me.  Cheesy

I try most of the time to use speed limits as "suggestions" or depending where I am close to a fair idea!  2funny You have NO idea how MUCH I enjoyed yer vid bein as I have NOT ridden since Dec. 26 2014!  Undecided VERY light traffic like that DO make fer a LOT nicer ride.  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

The utubeulator transmogrifies what you send in into what they want
to send out... by the time I saw it, I think it was html5, they don't
support flash for linux anymore. They might tailor what they're
sending out based on the recipient's capabilities too... it was
bad quality for me, and I have real slow Internet at home.

I think you're supposed to slow down more than that for
stop signs...  Smiley

I was wondering if anyone caught that.....It's what I call the standard rolling stop.  cooldude
The video looks way more gooder at 1080 but still not quite as good as original.

It looked good to me. Felt good too.
You can check the setting in your gopro.  If you use the wider lens you get a higher def.  It doesn't look like you used the wide setting or you horizon would be arched.
Also, there is a loss of clarity in the transfer to You tube.  They mention that somewhere during the process.
After you load it to you tube there is an option to have them clarify it.  I did that a couple of times and it took forever and didn't improve anything.
Click on the gear thingy and you can adjust the HD level too.
Like I said, It looked good to me.  I just wanted to point to some things I've learned along the way.

Nothing like the sound of a Valk out for a run. I'm watching from an iPad and it's was good video. It was a warmer day today but too much residual salt still on the road to get the bike out here on the Jersey Shore.
