Bill,
My best friend in high schools Mother had a '59 Skyliner just like that one, except for painted skirts.
If we spent all day Saturday washing and waxing it we could use it Sunday afternoon, if it didn't rain.
Thanks for the memory.

I really, really like the design of the new Corvette (apart from the tail lights).

Is that a Morgan 3 wheeler or a wanna be?

Paul

I agree with  you ref the styling of he new Corvette,
The taillights , being clear rather then red, look a little better to me ;also. I still think the round ones would have looked better. If Ferrari can stick with them , the Vette should have as well, IMHO.

I think the Morgan was a wannabe. I didn't get real up close and personal in my inspection of it.

RDAbull;
Glad it brought back some good memories to you, it also did for me. We didn't realize it at the time but as Brian Adams sings, "These were the best years of my life"
(Although these days we have Valks to ride that we never had back in the day!

Saw one of those Morgan lookin things when I was runnin around with my brother. About identical to the one pictured. Talked with the couple that own it and if I rekemember correctly it was a little North of 35 G. They are NOT inexpensive-less yer well off!  Roll Eyes Tryin to remember-  2funny -if it was a Kawasaki or Yamaha V-twin. Leanin towards Kawasaki fer some cursed reason. IF I was gonna spend THAT much I'd get a regular M/C.  cooldude The Caddy was a 59 and a friend of mine had a 1960 Caddy 2 door in Arctic White I could just about borrow anytime I wanted.  Wink RIDE SAFE.

The Morgan 3 wheeler is a kit and uses an S&S wedge motor.
