New Front Tire

Installed a new front tire, a Dunlop American Elite Front, 130/60B19 bias ply instead of the radial that came with the bike.  $120.00 free shipping , no tax vs $189.00 +tax from my dealer for the radial.  Installed the tire and put 325 miles on it to break it in.  We took my Valkyrie and an identical valkyrie with the original radial installed with a Honda Motorcycle test rider form the Old Marysville Honda motorcycle plant and he took the bikes out on the test track.  Tire performance was basically identical between the radial and the bias ply tire.  Time will tell how this tire wears vs the radial.

SO just FYI, save some money and buy the Bias ply tire.
