Unfortunately, I bought my 2011 Genesis in 2014... I do not think I am eligible.

Class Members of the fuel economy class action settlement include any current or former owner of a Class Vehicle who was the owner or lessee on or before Nov. 2, 2012, and whose vehicle was registered in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. A list of the Class Vehicles can be found on the last page of the Class Notice

I'm only going to share my experiences with Class Action Lawsuits. While the are a good thing and a necessary tool, my experience has been that the attorneys seem to make decent money while the plaintiffs, when all is said and done, make about 20 bucks or less-and I've been a party in several. When ya divide a 3 mil settlement among 100 thousand litigants, the pie doesn't go very far.

I've experienced the same. I was party to one and my cut was about $4. Never even cashed the check.  Roll Eyes
