I have been asked to go with a group from Texas in April to this motorcycle rally. I have a short youtube video to show you. What do you think? Would you go? I have been told that it will be a ride of a lifetime.

Very well could be. Still trying to decide if I want to take that chance.   Shocked

I understand cooldude. When I was stationed in San Diego I used to love riding the Baja on my 750 Yamaha. But that was almost 40 years ago. I wouldn't be comfortable down there now without protection and as you know that isn't allowed. It does sound like a fun ride though cooldude

In April it won't be super hot yet.  Check with the local police supply outfits in your area and see if you can rent a ballistic (bulletproof) vest for a week.

I'm kinda joking..... and kinda not.

Also, I don't know if this ride requires any money up front (registration), but if it does, I think I'd hang back and make sure a good crowd is going...... and not 8 guys.
