Why are they being sold on e-bay?
Doesn't seem right to me. There is a variety of them but this one relates to the "Club" and should only be available to members IMO.  ???

Overseas I know but that shouldn't matter.

Don't know for sure, but isn't there a European version of the VRCC?  Or maybe a Polish version as well?

btw....We don't pay any dues to belong to this "club".

You're right.  It's wrong.  They've stolen designs from F6Rider and from Chrome.  Unfortunately they are in Poland and we are not an exceptionally wealthy organization so they will likely get away with it.   Angry

Ok, so we do our due diligence and opt out purchasing from these bandits. Isn't this the way free markets should work without getting into litigation?

Being as the VRCC is not a patch/ colors club and as you buy ours rather than "earn" the patch, selling/ reselling what I have boughten is not against the rules. In a patched club the patch is club property that you get to fly as long as you are in good standings. Screw up and thay will cut it off your back.

Not wishing to wear out the subject, but in the sense you presented you are quite correct.  Were the polish vendor only reselling old patches there would be no violation of law or proper practice.  I believe, however, they are producing new items.  Were that done in this country it would be a legal violation of someone else's copyright.  No, we're not going to cut it off anyone's back.   Wink

VRCC membership is free.  I really can't imagine how they would be able to interest anyone other than VRCC members in buying the VRCC patch but the Valkyrie patch he stole from Chrome would be meaningful to almost anyone riding a Valkyrie.

I do believe that copyright and sales are being stolen.
Perhaps notifying E-bay of the infringement would be in order along with a registered letter to the seller...... Oss???

The patch I purchased from the VRCC doesn't have the flames as this on on ebay does ...... still not legally allowed.

I spoke to Adrian last week. He was heading to FL for a extended vacation. I think he was leaving this week. Not sure if he would check the board...
