I have my bike parked at a friends house while I get the Woodys fairing and beetle bags painted to match my bike, it a red and white stander, well it started out that way, I order a seat from Corbin and it is showing up today, the paint job will be finished by the end of next week, I'm getting rid of the passager seat and back rest, I'm turning it into a solo rider, I like the lines of the bike and I think it will really flow nice as a solo.
When its done I will try and post some pictures, damn this friday it's going to be 60 here with no chance of rain, for you fellow Vilk rides that can ride please do a extra mile or 50 for us who can't.

Fort Walton Beach, Florida I'm a simple man, I like pretty, dark haired woman and breakfast food.

Congrats....can't wait to see pictures of it.   Wink

My Valk started as a red and white standard also.

I have a Woodys fairing on mine also along with the Mustang saddlebags.

I do like the Valk as a solo ride.  It just looks great that way IMO.  Probably why so many with Interstates want to SuperValk their rides.

I have a trunk and two up set-up for it, but since my cancer surgery, I'm not sure that I'll ever be able to take the wife for a ride on it again.  The bike seems to be a lot heavier now that it used to be.

I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

BF, I have always like your bike, it looks sharp I'm glad that you are recovering from being in the hospital and I hope you get to ride for many years.
Mike Glenn told me about that fairing that is on your bike it is very rare, and looks great as does the rest of your bike.  I can't wait to get everything back from the painter, I told him I didn't want the old boring paint job, he is going to follow the paint lines on the gas tank for the bags and he said that he will make the fairing look good to, Lets hope so.
