.... for posting this?????? I have four extra tickets for the Robbie Knievel (son of Evil Knievel) Event at the Ford Center next weekend in Beaumont, Texas ,if anybody wants them. Robbie is going to try to jump over 1,000 Obama supporters with a Caterpillar D-9 bulldozer. Should be a good time.

The EAA sponsored B-17 Aluminum Overcast is here in Orlando now through the weekend. Lousy weather, hope it doesn't dampen the turnout. I heard those round babies throbbing in the distance, jumped up from the table and went outside. Sure enough, there is was passing overhead on downwind. My wife just sat and shook her head. She still maintains that if she could stick a muffler up her butt and make a noise like an engine, she'd get a lot more attention.

When I lived in Lamar Co. had a B-17 and a B-24 go over the house! And there were only the 2 bombers I mentioned. I can NOT imagine the sounds of 1000+ bombers going over. RIDE SAFE.
