My son recently won the Silver Medal in the USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Championships in Austin, Texas.  This is the third straight year he has come in second in the Nationals masters age 40-44 competition.  He is also a former World Champion having taken Gold in the Worlds in Louisville, KY in 2013.

He's been racing about 29 years and isn't tired of it yet.

I'm very proud of him and Mom is too!!

Good for him( and you and mom too). I do a lot of road cycling but never tried cyclo-cross...looks very demanding.Cycling is a very difficult sport , most people think not because bicycles are generally thought of as "leisure machines".You have to be in excellent shape just to be a novice...congrats and respect to him !!
