Another way to tax the populace.

In the UK some councils dictate that each home must have up to 5 different garbage bins. Each for a specific use. Put the wrong refuse in the wrong bin - $ FINE.

Some councils are now picking up trash every 2 weeks. In extreme instances every 3 weeks.

Rats and other vermin really like the kerbside buffets.

NPR never disappoints. The comments are more entertaining than most TV now a days.

I'd like to find out where some of those folks live so I could eat a few near raw steaks and toss the bones in their garbage bins.  A red tag......Ohhhh the humanity!!!
