I really like custom painted Valkyrie Interstates and this one on ebay is nice.  Love the Red/Black/Silver combo.  Would look great in my garage but I've run out of garage space and money for motorcycles.  Will make someone a great bike.

6300 current bid is a good deal.  Thanks for sharing the link, too bad I don't have room myself.

I wonder if those are skull brake lights on back, pretty cool looking.  I see the turn signals in back are down below, but those skull brake lights are one of a kind, never saw that before.

I like the smooth flowing lines of the unique one of a kind paint job as well, but the iron crosses on back, I could take or leave.

If you did buy it,  you would have 2 of the sharpest Valks around for sure.

Yes I liked the rear lights on it too.  I have another customized Valk now that I had at InZane in Asheville:

These 2 Valks and my 05 Wing are all the wife wants in the Garage.  She doesn't want her Mustang Convertible to get bumped outside.  Would think this Red/Black/Silver Valkyrie would go for at least $8000.

If anyone here buys this, I'll make room to store it just as a favor.  No fee. Grin

Slick bike. Higher mileage will scare off any unimformed  8K bids imo

Skull Tail lights on the truck are nice.  Haven't seen these before on a Valkyrie either.

Dang, should replace the alternator cover, worst case of wrinkles I have seen.

Bike ended up selling for $6600.  Nice deal.  But like with any Custom painted bike it takes at least 2 bidders that like the paint to get the price to go up.

This Valkyrie ended up not selling at the last Ebay auction.  Owner said the buyer played around for 2 weeks and never came up with the money.  Re-listed on ebay and ends in 2 days.  I like the color can how the rear tail lights were modified.

I hope that Valk wasn't traded in by one of our members.  I don't want to insult anyone of ours but that paint job would have to be a negative.    Shocked

It'll cost someone three thousand dollars to repaint it.

I really like the red, black, and silver combo. Do not like the rear paint with the cross. One of the reason it's harder to sell a custom painted bike is everyone has different opinions.

I'm a fain of the paint, but Mrs. Raider is not a fan of our stable growing.

6.6K is a pretty darn good deal if you like the paint job even if over 60K miles I think.  All except the iron cross on back though.  If just a plain paint job, 6.6K would be reasonable.

I've always found though, at least on vehicles, mods do not always pay off you usually get well under 1/2 the full cost when time to sell or trade in, unless someone really, really loves it.

Sold for $7300 this time. I hope to see it sometime in the future. I find it to be an interesting looking bike.

Maybe the price on this one will stay low also.

Nice looking bike. The mileage will scare away the unknowing. That's one I'll watch.

Drop a low mileage engine in it for $500 and ride it for another 20 years+

Dp, something you'll learn as you get more experience with Valkyries is that mileage takes a toll on many moving parts, the engine being the least of these for Valkyries.  Putting a low mileage engine on a 120,000 mile Valkyrie would be very little or no improvement.

That said, it's a pretty good offering price for a good looking Valkyrie with only 120,000 miles on it.
