I went for a ride too.  Too bad it's just on video and in my mind.

Took a good ride on my Phat Gurl today as well, balmy 68 degrees here in Alabama, with almost no humidity.  Cruised through the HD lot, and as I exited three of the dudes motioned me to turn around and come back.  Which I did.  They pointed out that my back tire appeared low, and were the nicest guys in the world, just super.  Checked the air pressure when I got back home and it was indeed low.  I put 40.5 in the front, and 40.5 in the rear, specs indicate a max of 41 in each, does that sound ok Old2Soon, and hope you are doing well.  CaribouHunter

50ish here today in south Atlanta burbs. Stopped by a local Honda shop. Sat on a blue Valk. tag $17,999, a black F6B deluxe tag $20,999,and a red 40th annv. Wing. no price tag. The Wing felt most comfortable to me, 6-4 220. Except for a young lady at the door no one said one word to me in 20 mins. Went out, got on my beautiful fast black Gurl , glanced through the window and said nah and caught some more wind. Sunny tomorrow and 65, sweet.  Smiley

Did about 85 miles here in SE Tennessee.
Beautiful sunny blue sky day in the 50's, some wind.

Just a nice day for a ride. Saw a few others out riding also.

Well, some of us also got a ride in. I did about 85 miles total, you won't see me in this particular group of pics since I had to hustle on home to care for my resident bed warmer. She's having a tough time at the moment. These pics are at a popular spot called the Yalaha Bakery. Their bakery goods are mostly a German type and oh so tasty, but they also have a deli with food to die for. We had all met at a restaurant on a lake about 7 miles away, then a number of riders headed over to the bakery to satisfy their sweet tooth. Look closely and you'll see not many have missed a meal lately.  2funny

240 miles in N GA.

Started at 34F and after lunch had to make a roadside stop to strip off some clothing.

Got home and it was 62F

Had beautiful clear blue skies all day.

Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Always good.

Got in 150 miles today, felt great. We had temps near 60....not bad for February in So. Illinois. The down side was 25-30 mph winds coming from the south, so rode as much as possible going south & north to avoid crosswind. Had a great ride and saw a lot of bikes out.

Last week, two feet of snow, then 6 inches a couple days later... then another 14 inches a few days after that.  Snowing now Saturday night thru til Tuesday... supposed to get anywhere from 18-24".  Winter is certainly a bitch up here.  Sorry to hear about your tough winters in Florida and the southern states.  I'd be glad to ship some of this stuff down to you to cool you off since we are running out of places to put it up here.

For those of you who have no idea what two feet of snow looks like...

Just got back from a 2 hour ride from my house to the Virginia border and back (about 120 miles). It felt SO GOOD to be back on the bike....  Something is up with it though - my last fillup was in the fall right before I took it to the shop for oil change and new tires. They were saying they heard a miss - wanted to take the carbs apart (I been down that road with the PC800) - I declined and they sold me some cleaner stuff - which I just put in . That tank netted me only 28 MPG. I'm hoping it will get better when I start riding regularly again.

It got up into the mid-50s in SW Ohio this afternoon. That was good enough to get the
trike out and do a little over 100 miles.  Turned over 113,000 on the clock this afternoon.
Now she's good and broken in.  Had a couple of comments on the ride, and the weather.
Sure was fun.

It suppose to be back down in the teens this week.
Winter sucks but you have to take advantage when you get the chance.

There is a gas smell, but I don't feel "drops of gas" either. The stock one had been replaced with a Pingle before I bought it. Good thing it has a 5.3 gallon tank - I put in 5.0 this afternoon. But I was surprised that the "reserve setting " didn't work either.

150 mile in the warm Kansas sun today made a trip up to my older brother's place and back.  68 degrees, a bit windy, though.  Goldie don't handle the cross wind as well as my Valkyrie did, especially on I70.  Goldie is lighter and has a smaller windshield.  Hoser
