What's this snow you are talking about.   Sunny and warm here.   Wait a minute, now I remember, 2 years ago at this time I was out in the middle of our street chipping ice to make a path so I could take my Valk  out.  PMS was really bad that year.

Snow here on Thursday is the prediction.

North East has had the COLDEST FEBRUARY on record.

Average 6.2 degrees F.

That is one cold winter.

Better head due south then from northern IL.  My WI bike won't be out until guessing April 1st put up before Dec. 1st, was a VERY cold November 2014.  Just saw this February was 5th coldest on record here in southern WI, but definitely not the snowiest.  I guess that is one good thing?  tickedoff

Yah, I saw near 40 degrees on Sunday (heat wave will get shorts out), but NO way taking cycle out for a spin.

Good luck and stay safe, watch for icy roads in shady spots for sure!

So how much snow is piled up on the side of the roads in northern IL? 60 miles north of Chicago, there seems to be a fair amount of snow still laying around causing ice in the roads every evening after that bright shiny orb in the sky deigns to make an appearance and melt some of that s#!++y white crap. At 40* I would join you for a nice long scoot if the roads were dry and salt free. I seem to have acquired a hockey rink at the end of my driveway that might have walleye in it during a sunny day.   tickedoff
