I agree,and, I think anyone with at least 3 functioning brain cells does too. This has been brought up so times, but, there are some that just won't believe or listen.
We can become energy independent so easily and quickly, which will allow us to tell OPEC to kiss our asses.
Fracking is safe and natural gas is the cleanest stuff we have. Equipment and trucking firms that have converted to it are happy with it. These engines run just fine on it, we have been doing it for decades here in NY. It was expensive, but, the costs are a lot better today. Even with all the moratoriums against this, we are now the largest producer of natural gas. And if the nay-sayers and dumbass politicians would look at the facts, we'd be even better off.
We are still decades away from being free of fossil fuel, if ever. So, why not use the cheapest and cleanest that WE, and not some other country, have.
