    I have a SR-i500 on my 98 Tourer. Did a bone headed thing yesterday and left my remote in the pocket of my summer jacket and then proceeded to wash it. Well when I went to hang it up to dry I discovered it. Needless to say every function on the screen was flashing. I immediately popped the battery out and opened the case. I put it in a bowl of rice, ( saw this on youtube for a cellphone). 24hrs later and it works perfect. 2yrs ago I broke the screen cover on my SR-i900 on my Kawasaki. Called Scorpio tech and they sent me a case free. When you call them a courteous tech rep answers in a few seconds. Just thought I would pass this along on a good product and a reputable company.
