It's a nasty pot hole and it's gotta hurt when she hits it. But yet she hits it every day without fail. I have a ip cam pointed down the driveway and I check it every day to watch the spectacle. Today it rained so the pot hole was full of water. It was pretty much empty after she hit it. Wonder if she enjoys it.  laugh

Funny how a little light hearted humor will bring out the self righteousness in some people here.

Sorry Fritz but I didn't see any of that in the responses. The picture in my mind of her hitting the same pothole day after day is kinda funny. Apparently not her class valedictorian.

Funnier yet would be to make a little cross sign and pound it in the ground.

Hey mail lady, watch out for the pothole (arrow pointing down).

And watch her looking around.... WTF???  Grin

Yeah, I wasn't sure what Fritz was saying there. I certainly meant no ridicule or judgement by what I posted. ???

Why don't you be a good samaritan and go fill in that pothole with sand/dirt, rocks or whatever else is laying around in the curbs/gutters this time of year?  Am sure there is enough crud around to fill several big potholes.

Better yet, do what I do and complain to your local village or street crews in your hometown and tell them where to fill in that pothole with their black patch.  I had to since I hit one once with my cycle a few years ago almost throwing me off my Valk was about 6" deep, almost enough to bottom out most vehicles as well.  It didn't do wonders am sure for my front suspension or front tire.  tickedoff

Maybe she don't like her job and is trying to wreck the mail truck.   Speaking of pot holes, I've gotten high fives for taking the time to go out with spray paint and spray warnings on the mountain single lane roads in some places in Or. to warn bikers of killer pot holes. While on rides I've seen bikers go down and get hurt and decided enough is enough. I just had to do something. A big pot hole on a curve can ruin your whole day or more.

Has to be a P.O. vehicle.  She wouldn't do it with her own.

Hey, it's not that unusual.  A little light hearted humor can often bring out the genuine righteousness in me.  Apparently I just don't get around quickly enough or post often enough for it to be easily recognized.

Just drop a $4.00 bag-o-cement in it when it rains.
Pot hole to speed bump without even opening the bag.
