We are planning a ride in north Ga late next month, will be staying in Blueridge. Does anyone have suggestions for some fun roads to ride?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Lazy.

The Garmin Zumo 590LM has "Curvy Roads Routing" - motorcycle specific GPS will direct you to the twisties.  Not cheap - and frankly the 665LM has features I like more, including a Sirius antennae onboard, and Doppler radar overlaid on the map.  I just had to upgrade because my Zumo 550 died and it's EOL'd, not replacement supported anymore.

On the way you could stop for at least half a day

And then from there to Blue Ridge

Thanks for the all the suggestions. We have been in the Cherehala - Dragon area a half dozen or so times. This will give some new area to explore.

You could stay over in Helen Ga and ride over to US 64 and go to Highlands NC. Very good ride with great scenery. cooldude

DO NOT visit the Montaluce Winery.

You can take your pretentious fake Italian vineyard and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

Friend and I rode up on our motorcycles at 1.35pm today Sunday April 7th.

The 2 young guys running the valet parking pointed at a clearly marked disabled parking spot for us to put our bikes. The bikes aren't noisy and oil dripping and we aren't noisy and leather clad.

My friend owns a very successful global exhibition company and drive a number of cars - one being a Maserati.

However today we are riding bikes. There are about a dozen cars in the parking lot. Not a busy lunch hour.

Walked in to be asked if we had a reservation.

Nope.

"Oh dear we've just been flooded today". We are told.

Really we think standing looking at empty tables opposite the wine bar and the 1/3 full restaurant.

"Would you like to wait by the bar whilst I speak with the manager"?

We wait by the bar only to be told there would be at least a 30 minute wait.

Idiots. If you don't want a certain type of business put a sign up and DON'T LIE.

Will never go back. Sometimes we drive cars and LOOK NORMAL.

I do love the power of voting with my wallet as to whether a business is going to get any of my money.

That's the first time in 40 years of riding that I've been discriminated against for riding a motorcycle.
