I was so busy and my mind slipped out, until I got email from Damond last Sunday. I register for vendor and called Hotel. All booked except 6, 7 and 10 so I'm on waiting list for 8, 9 and 11. I got room at other hotel.  Damond, I suggest next time do send email for vendors before register start for everyone...

Hotel put me on waiting list. I really don't want to deal going to other motel as you all know I work way too much in a day 16-18 hours. I'll be dead tired at the end of the day/night. I would appreciate if you guys who cancel please let me know right away and what time you will cancel (do tell me your time zone) that way I can call Hotel in few min after your cancel to make sure mine is in. BigBF, maybe it was the specific type of room you requested.  The last I heard they had booked all the king rooms but others were still available all days.

They are getting close, folks, and we do need to sell them all out.  If you've been putting it off get it done now.  Be sure to call the hotel itself and not the national number.

Actual it's the two queen bed that was all booked. I only just want two queen, no smokin room, and first floor only so I can sleep without wake me up when my wife moved or get up going to bathroom. I also move a lot while sleeping and bother her too. At home we have California King. Anyway I'm pretty sure somebody gonna cancel soon like they always did in the past.

Ground Zero is NOT all booked up.  I just got off the telephone with them and there ARE still rooms available.  There may not be any of the type of room that you requested left, but they DO still have rooms.  When waiting so late in the game to book a room, there is always the possibility that you may not get the type of room that you like.

We post updates on the general board prior to registration opening every year.  If you watch for those updates you will be able to get in when registration opens.  It is not possible for us to know who will be there as vendors each year in advance so no emails can be sent out ahead of time to notify vendors.
