We used to call them, at the time, a sheep in wolf's clothing.

I wouldn't mind having one to play around on today though.

SL 350 is my dream bike of restoration and display.

It was the trail bike model and it was magnificent.

My second bike.  I beat a 440 6-pack Cuda on it.... for quite a ways.  He was smoking tires, and I was gone.

If I remember , there was a CL a CB and the SL.
I had an SL and have to admit that was my first honda in 1970?
Then went through 2 CB 750s then the Great 650 yamahas.
I had 2 1970 650s and one 1972 I think it was red and white.
I always loved riding then because nothing hurt at the end of
the day.
I still love riding and have to laugh how much quieter my bike is now(F6B)
Now my Harley is another story. Soon to be sold  I hope.

Fort Walton Beach, Florida I'm a simple man, I like pretty, dark haired woman and breakfast food.

78mph down the freeway, and just tremendous 2-stroke power and torque in the dirt, woods, hill climbs.  Wheelies, jumps, climbs, and the all around finest hooligan bike I ever had.  Most of it's life it had a 4.50 Metzler knobby (which was not exactly safe on the street). That bike is how I learned to ride motorcycles.

Vintage 4.00 Metz of the time.

Love to do some of that again, but the reckless abandon of youth would probably hurt too much.
