Another prisoner, a convicted murderer in California that has gone thru years of hormone meds at our expense is now having a sex change operation at our expense. Of course the prison said no, but, the resultant lawsuit which we also paid for ended with a judge ruling that we are to pay for the operation.
I can't believe just how crazy this country is getting.

Or IF no scissors I'm guessin they MIGHT have one or two sharp shooters. Along these same lines the Ft. Hood Tx mooslim shooter was allowed to grow his beard.  When convicted he really needs to go to a Marine run brig. Isn't there some army dud tryin to change or has changed from male to female or at least they are calling it by a female name? They house and clothe and feed prisoners NOW we get to pay fer the sex change operation? Gosh golly gee whiz wunder what the new lady gonna did after the operation? Ain't fer sure and fer certain BUT I'm startin to think the inmate are runnin the asylum. RIDE SAFE. |

Some of the confusion stems from what we as a culture believe we can do that we cannot. Making a few cosmetic changes to a man or woman does not change his or her sex. Pumping him or her full of particular hormones make make the supposed change more believable but the DNA remains unaltered. We are undoubtedly the most skillful, intelligent and potentially accomplished stupidos in the entire history of the human occupation of this planet. Our devotion to stupidity is often expensive, isn't it? |

Feed him, the judge, and everyone who voted for the law(s) this was allowed under to the hogs.
(Just to be clear, I don't care if someone wants to get a sex change at their own expense, only those that get one paid for at my/your expense should be fed to the hogs.)

Maybe Bubba wants a real uh -----um, different experience?  Now it would serv this dude right if they shipped it off to a womans correctional facility. I've also heard if a person has this done and implements a legal full name change that they give up all past awards / accomplishments and rights. An argument here (since we have one in town and he is now a fat she) is that If a person served in the Armed Services as Joe Smith, was a vetran, and had the operation and changed the name to Joline Smith, does this person still get the same benefits as if still named Joe Smith? Are those rights given up? IF you speak with veterans ( a bunch of my buddies are vets) about this it's kind of a mixed answer. |
