I returned my handlebar clock for a battery replacement.  Somwhere along the way, someone apparently felt the item inside was valuable.  My envelope arrived empty except for my check.

Ross sent me a new used watch (and battery) as a replacement for my "lost" watch that 'vanished' in the US Mail.......no charge.

I thought his customer service warranted a "heads up"

My wife bought a clock for my birthday from them about three years ago. About a year later it started losing time. Tried more than one new battery. I called them and they sent a new on to replace it. Did not even want the old back. Even included an extra new battery. Quality people.

I agree 100%. Two years ago I dropped my clock while washing my bike. It knocked the hour hand off center. I call them to see if there was anything I could do. Ross said to send it back and he would fix it for the cost of a battery. WOW. It came back repaired with a new batter. 5 bucks. Also the chrome started peeling on the mount. He sent me another one no charge. Class act him and his wife.......

One more story:

I ordered a clock from them and it never arrived, so I called them and the tracking number said it was delivered, USPS said they delivered but I never got it.
They send another one at no extra charge and I got it within a week. Eight days later, the first clock was mysteriously delivered by USPS  :tickedoff:
Called them back to explain, to thank then again and to let them know that I was sending back the first clock.

Awesome people  :cooldude:

I ordered one and it arrived with a broken face. Called them and they ask me to return it and they would send me a new one which they did at no charge to me. Great product and great customer service. I have had it now for 7 years and it still works great.  :cooldude:

The stories go on and on... Linda sent me a hand written "thank you" for posting my experience on the board here some time ago. It drummed up some business for them and they were appreciative.
Good customer service speaks for itself.
Thanks again Ross & Linda :cooldude:
