I need a mount for these lights

What is a cheap but good looking way to remount these lights right where they are but these footpegs are useless to me, They are too high for me to use comfortably. Can anyone here use them, will make you a great deal. They can only be mounted where you see them.

Look down through this thread.
Think the mounts I used are the 1 1/8" mounts. They should work.
