Lost on a back road one night

 A Lawyer ,A Rabbi and a Hindu priest knew they were to far away from town and thought maybe a farmer would put them upfor the night as they heard that they were friendly . They came upon a farm house and knocked. The farmer heard their problem and said , two could sleep in the house as that was all the room he had and one will have to sleep in the barn. No problem said the Rabbi. Off to the barn. A short time later , a knock at the door. The Rabbi said there was a pig in the barn and he could not sleep there. The Hindu priest stepped up and said no problem , I have slept in the same conditions at home. Off to the barn. A short time later , a knock at the door. There is a cow in the barn . They are sacred , I can not sleep with a cow. The Lawyer said, I guess it's upto me and headed for the barn.
 A short time later there were two distinct knocks on the door. The farmer opened the door and there
 was the pig and cow.
