A nice picture,,,,, BUT notice the rider is dressed for very cold weather and Toto doesn't even have a shield.

It's a Ural.  It runs on vodka and has a wet bar in the sidecar; that's your heater and wind protection.
Stalin's austerity program dictated that all motorcycles made in Russia would be only be used for transporting prisoners to his gulags.  Hence, the severe riding conditions. Undecided
