A nice day for a Senior citizen get together. A new guy showed up with a sweet Valkyrie, I showed him how to do the nickle trick, He had never heard of it, and we entertained the crowd after lunch. First time I laid eyes on a C B X I wanted one.  Thing looked like it was flyin while sittin still.  BUT at the time they came out I was smack dab in he middle of raising a family and other responsibilities-you know-house payments car payments and putting food on the able and like that. It's off subject, but the CBX apparently was a nasty beast to work on. I admire anyone who does the upkeep on 3 of 'em. Here's a video from Jay Leno's garage about his '81 CBX, which does have some wrenching in it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMWurGORq_8 |

Saw a turbo charged CB X at a gun show in Lakeland Fl. two weeks ago. She looked impressive just sitting on the stand.
