Caller into a radio show stated that with every e-mail there is a sender and a receiver.  Nothing more true than that.  Hilary had her server purged of all e-mails, after she handed over the ones she allowed us to see.  However, any or all of the receivers of her e-mails may still have those e-mails in a nice separate folder on there desktop.

So what's to stop thes folks from blackmailing, er um, persuading the president to see things a certain way of multi billion dollar "issues"?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

The obvious answer they'll spin is the safety to keep her from being blackmailed is that all those emails were entirely innocent and there's nothing to blackmail her with *Wink Wink Nudge Nudge*

(See her halo?)

The Clinton Foundation is so well funded she can just pay them all off (or threaten to send Bill over to do their wives, daughters and dogs).

The Clinton Foundation is apparently nothing more than a huge money laundering machine that has a 90% administration fee/cost.
All Bill has to say is that he is just trying to pay the bills like you and me.

90% overhead,  TRAVEL!

10% to do good.

Ranks them among the WORST charities.

But then, we all know, wink, wink, that it is just a slush fund for the Clintons.

What REALLY irrates me, is that now ONLY 25% believe Hillary to be "believable", meaning 75% believe she is a bald faced liar.

Yet, 50% are willing to have her rule over them.

WHY would anyone want that?

MORE MONEY handed out to them, free. That is what.

Besides  the recipients - anyone who has been using a computer for any time at all, knows not to trust hard drives - or any other magnetic storage device.  There are two kinds of computer users - those who have lost data - and those who WILL lose data.  Everyone who loses their valuable data - and that's EVERYONE except the irresponsible (teenagers, businesses that will fail) - sets up a backup strategy. I have multiple backups of all of my computer files - a crash or even a virus wiping out any one or even multiple devices would cause the lost of at most 6 days of the most recent data. Archive data - impossible to lose. So even the hildabeast has backups of her data - and emails - SOMEWHERE. And so do the recipients of the emails, many or most of whom, use a service who hosts and backs up their data. If she hired a service to do that - they have protocols to ensure the data can't be lost.  When I was a geek - an administrator who lost data also lost his job.  That's cause for dismissal in the industry. Redundancy in multiple sites is the data safeguard strategy.  I'm saying - SOMEWHERE, on some media - there are backups of her emails.  With some sleuthing and forensic investigation - they could be found.  I'd bet the farm on it.

But who is going to do the sleuthing?  The congressional hearings on EVERY scandal thus far has not held ONE person accountable for anything.  The Pres himself got rid of the patsy in place at the VA.  But that's it.  We all know e-mails never go away, but they never sent the sleuths in, they awaited what the defendant willingly provided, complained they wanted more, didn't get anything, but never sent in the hounds.

This would be the jurisdiction of the FBI, which is supposed to be an independent organization, not under control of the white house.  They should have been investigating this and the other stuff from the get-go.  Instead we get a show with no ending.

I said it before, Trey Gowdy talks a great talk, but he's another stuffed shirt with no accomplishments (as far as his hearings are concerned).  I don't get it.  Ask for information by a certain date, if they don't comply they're held in contempt.  If they still don't comply they should be handcuffed and walked out on national TV.  That's what would happen to you and me, right?

Patrick

The local paper in our small NYS town ran a poll on hillary. 80% of those responding are going to vote for her and they can't wait to do so.
That makes me shake my head and go get another beer.

czuch

We'll need alot of beer.
Then get on the train.

I fully understand.  I feel the same.  However, the problem is, the Congress is handcuffed.

As far as they can go, is issue a contempt.  To enforce it?  The Attorney General has to.  Congress has no power to do so.

Want to do a criminal investigation?  Congress can call for it, but guess who has to start the investigation?  The Attorney General.

There is far more evidence against Hillary, than there is against Sen.  Mendendez.  Anybody want to hold their breath waiting for the Attorney General to open a formal investigation against her?

This is why some have been calling, for decades, for an Attorney General who is elected, and is NOT in the pocket of the President.

I don't know what part of NY you are from, Patrick, but do you see where I'm from? Those numbers are probably much higher. There's not enough beer in the world to get me through every November!

What was wrong with the old world?

That's easy, the ruling socialist-fascist elite were not in complete control of your life, thoughts, money and freedom.

And
in the Judeo-Christian world, God is in control of everything and He gives man the free will to choose to follow His ways and laws or not.
In the UN new world order, marxist/communist/muslim, etc.,  world, certain groups of men are in control of everything and they give man no choice in following their dictates or not.
