Exhaust Pipe Extension
«
on:
May 04, 2015, 04:08:07 PM »
My original pipes are slightly too short now that I have installed hard bags. The underside of the bag is getting burned so I need an extension on the OEM pipes.
Another member mentioned John Schmitt and Mark T.
CAN YOU HELP ME?

John doesn't do exhausts (not that I know of anyway) while MarkT does complete exhaust systems.
MarkT's web site....

If you're just wanting extensions, Airflow makes extensions. You can get them in different cuts and lengths.
http://airflo.com/valkyrie.html
http://store.airflo.com/exhaust-stacks.html
If you want/get straight cut ends, a very nice way to finish them off is with a set of Grumpy's tips.

I have 18" Airflow extensions with Grumpy's large bore tips.

BF, you've given me more than enough information to solve my problem.
Thanks very much,
Bill

Airflow is good! Going on 10 years with my extension and no change in color of peeling chrome where I drilled. Good product.
