It has been argued a man cannot be raped because an erection is tantamount to consent.

I do remember a number of involuntary erections in elementary/jrhi  (Dear Lord, please do not let me get called to the blackboard).

Even without rape, we have armed assault (ADW) and kidnapping. 

One wonders if they thought his was special, and if so why so?
