I was at a doctor appointment back when I was very young, when my mother asked the doctor if 'ground limestone' could hurt me... The doctor looked at her in shock, asking 'ground limestone'? When she explained that I liked to eat our dogs biscuits, he sighed in relief and said that we would be much healthier if we all ate dog biscuits... My brothers and I would eat Milk Bones (original) when drinking beer when we were in our early 20's. They are not bad. I have always thought of them as "Wheat Thicks" I haven't had one in a long time as they are very crunchy and our dog is allergic to wheat so we don't buy them.
