Anybody running one of these? How do you like it? How does it compare in size to original MC tire? And finally, does it require nut cage mod? TIA

That was my first DS tire.  Need to do the nut cage mod, worked fine but not an Austone Taxi Tire.

BTW - I just put on a 205/55-16 Yokohama Avid Envigor on Lesa's bike.
The un-inflated overall tire width was right at 8.5"
The inflated tire width at 36psi. was 7 5/8 - 7 3/4" just for your reference.
Hope this helps! The nut cage mod is a piece of cake.
If you are doing a different bike (Tourer or Interstate) and use different hardware it would be nice of you to add to the above thread so others can benefit from the information.
