For a few weeks after already buying saddle bags and a trunk, ads for these items popped up all over the place as I surfed or used Facebook and even this site.  Now I'm getting handlebar riser ads because I bought a new set yesterday.

They can't predict what I want or need, but they'll try to sell me what I've already bought.   uglystupid2

There's a flaw in that business model.  Unless they are going after those who searched but did not buy.  But how can they know that?  I think they shouldn't be too narrow.  Instead of showing me what I already searched for, show me something relative to what I've searched for.  I searched for risers, show me bars, grips, mirrors, etc.

What if you searched for (or bought) a club-ended 1/4th inch boxcar prawn?

It is obvious to you and me that handlebars and mirrors are related to
risers.
